Inspired and driven by our family’s experience with breast cancer, a few of us have decided to form a team to walk in this year’s “It’s The Journey” walk for breast cancer. In it’s history, the Atlanta 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer has raised almost $7.5 million and has awarded 146 grants to Georgia breast cancer organizations. Their grant awards reach over 36 counties in North, East and Central Georgia and have helped thousands of breast cancer patients and their families by providing funding for breast cancer education, early detection, awareness and support services.

Please consider joining our team. It will be fun, walking is good for you, and with my mom and Aunt Glenda on the team, it’s a no-brainer that it will be a good time!
